For almost twenty years Katrina has worked at some of Australia and New Zealand’s most well regarded agencies including Clemenger BBDO and TBWA, creating work that drives exponential growth for clients.
Kat is particularly interested in cross disciplinary work and her best and most awarded campaigns sit at the intersection of earned, new media, digital and traditional advertising. As such, she is adept at leading teams with varying skill sets and capabilities to reach great outcomes.

Previous clients include Heinz, Mars, Toshiba, Pepsico, Henkle, Campbell-Arnotts, DHL, Virgin Mobile, ANZ, Allianz Insurance, Airbnb, Tourism New Zealand, Tourism Australia, Virgin Australia, Land Transport New Zealand, myCar Tyre and Auto, Foxtel, Optus, 2 Degrees and Modibodi.
Career highlights include creating a campaign to #Classify Consent, sending a Human Pickle to La Tomatina for Heinz Pickle Ketchup, convincing an influencer to swim with sharks on her period for Modibodi, helping parents hack their kids’ tech devices at dinnertime with the Dolmio Pepper Hacker and creating a way to PLAY NZ during the depths of COVID.
Her work has been recognised at Cannes, D&AD, Clios, One Show, Spikes, Adfest, New York Festivals, Caples, Young Guns, AWARD, Fast Company and The Webby’s. And she is frequently called upon to judge at both local and international shows.

Prior to TBWA, Kat worked at Y&R Wellington, Clemenger BBDO Wellington and Clemenger BBDO Sydney.
